All about our Course Director Neil Coulson

Background:

I started diving in February 1996 in 30 and from the first underwater breath I knew I had found my place to be. From Open Water diver I did the Enriched Air speciality (one of the first 200 worldwide) followed by the old Advanced Plus which included 9 dives, Medic First Aid and Divemaster level Theory. Then following Rescue diver I decided to take the Divemaster course, qualifying in 1998. I was then persuaded to take an IDC by the Instructors I had been working with during my DM training qualifying as an Instructor in February 1999.
In March 2004 I became a Course Director and EFR Instructor trainer. Now qualified as a DSAT trimix Instructor trainer able to teach from 8 year old Bubblemakers up to trimix Instructor.
Having been employed at Stoney Cove in Leicester, Divemasterscuba in Nottingham and International Diver training in Chesterfield over the last 6 years it is now time to do things my way.
My main passion is wreck diving but I also enjoy the odd reef dive and still get a huge kick from teaching someone to dive. Though I tend to be busy with the more advanced training and not able to get involved very often.


What I do @ Aquatic Adventures:

Teach people to teach people, technical training to trimix Instructor level and pretty much everything else that needs doing that Hannah and Andy havn't already done.
